Raw Perilla Oil Recipe

One spoon of perilla oil on an empty stomach increases the absorption rate of nutrition.

#1. Shitake seasoned with raw perilla oil

Ingredients : Shiitake, scallions, crushed garlic, perilla oil, salt

    Cooking Method

  • 1. Cut the shiitakes into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. Blanch the shiitakes in boiling brine for thirty seconds.
  • 3. Place the shiitakes in cold water to cool them down.
  • 4.Wring the shiitakes to dry them.
  • 5. Season the shiitakes with perilla oil, salt, crushed garlic, and crushed scallion.

Shiitake is rich in polysaccharides, which prevent cancers, and is also rich in vitamins B1 and B2, niacin, potassium, dietary fiber, and others. It helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. Fresh perilla oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is beneficial to the health when consumed together with shiitake.

#2. Raw Perilla Oil Sweet Potato Shake

Ingredients: Steamed sweet potato, a cup of milk (soybean milk), and a spoonful of raw perilla oil

  • 1. Peel a sweet potato and place it in a blender for better digestion.
  • 2. Pour a cup of milk (soybean milk) into the blender.
  • 3. Add a spoonful of raw perilla oil and grind it.
